[SOFTWARE] WINRAR - the most popular extract-compressed files in the world

Hi, Sometimes you see the files with extension are .rar or .zip or .iso and the desktop just showing a white icon to talk to you that it could not how to open these files to you.

At that time, maybe you have just set up again your operation or some viruses have damaged your software that were charged of processing the compressed file.

what you have to do?

Before talking about what software will use and what we have to do, let's take a look at the .rar or .zip files.

[SOFTWARE] Some useful software could replace the Microsoft Office

When talking about the Microsoft Office (MSO) I think most of us could know about and have ever used at least once with this software. This is the software support for Officer's works, the name of this software might be originated from its function.
We all know that MSO is very useful and best for our works. But in this post, I will talk about the MSO and link down MSO with various its versions.

Why??
Despite MSO is a strongly software. We could easily find the weaknesses of this software.
The first, File size of each version is very big and tend to up with higher version. If you still do not have the set up file on your computer, you have to download on the internet, It will not a problem if your internet line is fast and opposite is a big problem. Moreover, you have to give this software a "little space" on the HDD, with the volume up to 500 GB, it is no problem. But your HDD is just 80 GB or less, you will have to consider about that
The second, Too many functions: It would have had to be the best things with users, but most of us just using some functions like winword, excel, power point, further is outlook and one note. But MSO will install all the functions like access...It waste the capacity of HDD and make your usable space shorter.
The third and also is the most important thing: you have to pay some money to MS to use this software legal and use Office toolkit to use the software by the "legal" way.

To come a conclusion, we have a review about MS Office: big size, too many functions, not free.

If you have to use the office tools for every day 's works and do not have condition to use MSO. You should try to use these software below:

1, LibreOffice: It's the most popular office tools on Linux and distro of Linux. You need winword, you need excel, you need powerpoint. Every things you need have on LibreOffice as well.

2, OpenOffice: Very lightly and strongly. One more software could replace MSO and serve you in works with the good satisfaction. This software could easily read all the formats of Office files like doc, docx, xls, xlsx....

3, KingOffice: If you are using the Android Device, you surely know about the WPS on the Android is one of the best software for reading, editing, presenting the office files on the smartphone.
and Kingoffice is also have on the Windows platform. This software could make you satisfy  with your choice.

and some other software but are not as popular as the above software.
I am using both Windows and Linux mint on my laptop, Thus Libreoffice and MSO are software that I am using for the works. I have used Openoffice and Kingoffice too and as my evaluation, besides MSO, these software above worth to have a place in this post :D
