We all know that finding a suitable job is very difficult and just have a little person could find the job fit with their education background, knowledge and even hobbies. Of course, most of us have to do the job might not fit ours hobbies or expectation.
And the reason?, I totally think about the lack of soft skills.
What is the soft skills?you know? right, I think we both know about the soft skills but indeed, you do not know how to use them and contribute them to yourselves.
It might be the skill to answer the questions of HR by the intelligent way and demonstrate your abilities to them, express your emotional in the appropriate case. The more is the skill to negotiate about the salary, the work's condition and so on...
I think you recognize how many chances that you have dropped and the experiences you get from there. You might regret about it and wonder if you do know how to manage it in that case, your life will be difference from now.
